Earthle Earthing Blanket (203x152cm) - Manual
Using the grounding blanket:
1. Remove the grounding blanket from the packaging:
2. Place the blanket on your couch, bed, or desired location:
3. Connect the end of the grounding cable to the grounding button on the grounding blanket:
4. Plug the grounding cable into a grounded outlet (also works with grounded outlets in Belgium, France, and Denmark). No grounded outlet at home? Then order our earthing pin to still be able to ground indoors (without an outlet):
5. Ensure that the gray side is on top and the white side, featuring woven silver thread, is on the inside. This allows this part to make contact with your body and start the earthing process. 6. You may use a duvet cover, but preferably make direct skin contact with the Earthle Earthing Blanket for the best effect.
6. 30 to 40 minutes a day of contact with the blanket is enough to experience the healing process of 'grounding'. A night's sleep is therefore more than sufficient. There is no such thing as too much grounding.
How do you wash the blanket?
The blanket is made of cotton (100% organic), polyester, and silver fibers (2%). You can wash the blanket as often as you like at 40°C in the washing machine (occasionally at 60°C if there are stains), using a detergent without chlorine bleach. It can be dried in the dryer (on the lowest setting), but it's preferable to let it air dry so the blanket lasts longer.
How do you know if an outlet is grounded?
A grounded outlet contains, in addition to the two holes, two metal pins, one at the top and one at the bottom of the outlet. In an ungrounded outlet, you only see the two holes where you insert the plug. Below is an image of a grounded and ungrounded outlet.
