Delivery of your order
The delivery time of your order is important to us. That’s why your order is shipped directly from our centrally located warehouse in Lelystad. This ensures fast delivery.

Can I track my order?
We will notify you via email about the shipment. In the shipping notification, you will find details about how your order was shipped. You will also receive a tracking code that allows you to track your order on the carrier’s website or via our tracking page.
Shipping Insurance
To protect your orders during transit, we offer the option to purchase shipping insurance for just €2.50. This insurance covers loss, damage, or theft of your items. We strongly recommend choosing this insurance for peace of mind with your order. Without this insurance, we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged products.
I haven’t received my order after 3 working days, what should I do?
If you have received a shipping notification from us, you know that your order is on its way. However, we can never guarantee 100% delivery time as we are also dependent on the carrier. If you have not received your order 3 working days after shipment, we would love to hear from you! You can email us at info@earthle.nl.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up an order at our location.
